Your company information will appear on the invoices that you send to your customers. You can always edit this information in the future if you wish to do so.
An invoice can be created for one or more jobs For a particular client. To create an invoice for a job(s), the job(s) must meet the following requirments:
Caution: Deleting a job cannot be reversed. Be careful!
The job duration must be at least 30 minutes.
The maximum number of jobs that can be created at one time is: 30.
Note: For repeating jobs, some dates will be skipped in some cases. For example: A job with a start date of Jan 31 cannot be repeated for every month of the year simply because every month does not have 31 days.
To create a job in a specific time zone, first reconfigure the time zone from the Dashbord, and then create your job. To view jobs in a any time zone, just reconfigure the time zone.
The Global Calendar can be accessed from the Dashboard. A day
will be displayed as a link if there are jobs on that day.
Clink the link to see all jobs for all your clients
on that day.
How do I add a job to the Global Calendar? Answer: From the Dashboard, click
Clients --> Show Clients --> Create Jobs.
Pro tip: Add yourself as a client, and then you
can schedule jobs/appointments for yourself.
The Client Calendar can be accessed from: Dashboard --> Clients -->
Show Clients. A day will be displayed as a link if there are jobs on
that day. Clink the link to see all jobs for a particular client
on that day.

Clients --> Show Clients --> Create Jobs.
